On a perfect day to be outside, the Cyclones celebrated their sophomores and had a split with Bryant and Stratton.

GAME ONE
The Cyclones were unable to capitalize on their eight hits this game, falling 5-0.

In nearly every inning, the Cyclones had runners on the bases, including loading the bases twice with no outs, but were unable to get any runners home. The Bobcats only scored in two innings in this close game.

Jill Zodrow (1-for-3, 2B), Estelle Loth (1-for-4), Abbey Mrskos (1-for-2), Megan Hackett (1-for-3) and Teagan Krzystof (1-for-3) each had one hit while Haley Tracy (3-for-4) collected three, including a double.

GAME TWO
The Moraine Valley softball team sophomores. After recognizing the sophomores in between games, the Cyclones went back to work, shutting out the Bobcats 3-0.

From the circle, Alexandra Wolcott shut down the Bobcats' offense, throwing a complete game, giving up just five hits and no runs while striking out two. Meanwhile, it only took the Cyclones two innings to collect their runs.

Loth (2-for-3, 2 RBIs) got the Cyclones on the board in the fourth when she doubled to get Londynn Sedlak (2-for-3) across the plate. Loth struck again in the sixth after Zodrow (1-for-2) and Sedlak singled to get on and she hit a line drive to get another run in. Keira Clancy (1-for-2, RBI) added the final run with a single to left field. Wolcott did the rest of the work to help her team win the night.
