The Moraine Valley and Triton College offenses were busy today, but the Cyclones prevailed 12-7 at home.

In another big-hitting, outing the Cyclones collected 18 overall, including three singles and a double from Andrew Phelan (4-for-6, RBI), a single from Michael Fiedor (1-for-4, 3 RBIs), two from Valente Melero (2-for-5, RBI), two doubles by Christian Deshazer (2-for-4), two hits from Aiden Radtke (2-for-3, RBI) and Jared Velez (2-for-4), one each from Aidan Roessler (1-for-3) and Joshua Keller (1-for5, RBI) and three big hits from Michael Swatkowski (3-for-4, 3 RBIs).

The Cyclones scored first and held the lead in every at-bat despite attempted comebacks from the Trojans. Will Swierczynski earned the win from the mound, giving up nine hits and six runs over five innings and striking out three. Carter Benoit appeared in relief, giving up just one run and striking out six.
