A rough first inning hampered the Cyclones in their 15-4 loss to Morton College.

A string of hits allowed the Panthers to go up 9-0 in their first at-bat before the Cyclones scored in the third after Carlos Flores (2-for-4, 2 RBIs) crushed a two-run homerun to center field. Michael Swatkowski (1-for-3, RBI) scored another run in the sixth inning on an RBI line drive, and Flores brought home the final run the next inning on a hard grounder that caused a fielding error. Valente Melero, Christian Deshazer, Jared Velez and Andrew Phelan also had hits this game.
