The Cyclones earned their first win of the season with a dominating 9-0 display over Waubonsee Community College on the road.

Thanks to three forfeited positions from the Chiefs, that gave the Cyclones a 3-0 edge before starting the matches. All the singles positions and No. 2 doubles handily won. The only spot where there was a little competition was at No. 1 doubles, but Erik Astranskas and Lukas Cepronas prevailed with a 6-3, 6-1 victory.
